Common Annoying Problems of ITunes

Got a iTunes problem heh? who doesn’t haha. Before I forget again, I’ve decided to compile a list of annoying problems of iTunes and share with you all the solutions below.

1. De-authorize an iTunes account from some computer that you no longer have access to.
   

   Solution : Just login via iTunes in your main computer. Under Store > View <Your Account>, you will be prompted for iTunes account verification password and will take you to the info page. Below your details will be deauthorize all button. Clicking it will reset all the authorized computer you have done. You will probably need to redo authorization on the computer you are using currently.

2. County Field get messed up during Appstore verification.

   Problem : Usually this is due to the fact the apple store credit card credential under County field is different from the ones in Appstore. So, everytime you are required to enter your shipping address in apple store the county field required a full entry e.g. for Malaysia it was my state Selangor, but in iTunes Store is a abbreviation system SL is used instead. Either way it confuses the apple id account.

   Solution : When you encounter this problem in iTunes Store (usually during verification), just select Select Province and tap next. It verification will then prompt you to re-enter the county, then reselect your county again. It should pass the verification next time around.

3. How do I manually copy mp3 from a friend’s computer without real iTunes synching?

   Solution: Simply place the music inside the iTunes library first. Connect your device into the iTunes. Click on the mp3 you want. Click on Edit > Copy. Go to your device desired playlist or place you wanna copy to and Edit > Paste.
